The Agreement
Plain words, kept plainly.
These are the terms of using Blixi. They are written for humans at bedtime, because that is who we serve. By using blixi.io, you're agreeing to what's on this page.
What Blixi is — and isn't
Blixi is companionship for the night: rituals, lullabies, and a Library of tellings, for adults. She is not a doctor, a therapist, or an emergency service, and nothing here is medical advice. If the night is genuinely too heavy, please go to this page — it holds real doors to real people, and she would want you to use them.
The gift layer
Some of the house is free, forever: meeting her, your sky, one whole lullaby, one deep night. No card, no catch. It never expires and never locks.
The seven nights
Your first seven nights open everything, free. No card is taken. After your seventh night you'll be shown the door, once — and whatever you choose, your sky stays yours, and The Lighthouse Keeper stays yours always, free forever.
The one door
Blixi Membership is €9.99 a month, VAT included where it applies — the complete Night Library and all membership benefits. It renews automatically each month through Stripe until you cancel — that is what keeps her at your bedside without asking you to think about it. Founding members keep €9.99 for as long as their membership stays active: if the price ever rises, it rises only for new members. If a founding membership ends and later returns, the price current at the return applies.
Leaving
You can cancel anytime, in the app, under Your sky — no phone calls, no dark patterns, one kind door. Your subscription stays open until the end of the month you've paid for, and then simply ends. You keep the gift layer and your sky, forever. If you cancel within your first fourteen days of paying and feel the nights didn't serve you, write to us and we will put it right — we would rather return a month's price than keep it badly.
Her voice and her tellings
Every lullaby, ritual, text, and sound in this house belongs to Blixi. They are for your own nights — not for re-recording, re-publishing, or feeding to other machines. Share the house, not the files.
For adults
Blixi holds the night for adults — you should be at least eighteen to open a door.
Fair nights
We can close a door that is being misused — shared keys, scraped tellings, unkindness to the house. We'd rather never do it, and if we must, unused paid time comes back to you.
Changes
If these words ever change in a way that matters, members hear about it before it happens — quietly, like everything else here.
